Why Nutrition Coaching works

We don’t get a user manual for our body.  This is because there is no “one size fits all” approach to health.

Conflicting messages come from many directions and this can leave us feeling uncertain of the best choices for us, personally and for our own health.

Functional nutrition works to address imbalances in the body which may give rise to a range of unwanted symptoms.  Fatigue, digestive issues, unexplained pain, dermal-flare ups, appetite regulation, unwanted weight and hormonal disruptions are just some of the areas that can be improved by working with a Registered Nutritional Therapist.

We’re unique. Our individual biochemistry varies depending on factors including genetics, environment and inputs such as food and exercise.
